The business owner defines the event that matters, the operational exception and the evidence needed to accept the workflow.

02 / FIELD NOTE

The item or data owner defines identity, packaging hierarchy, location meaning, master data and the system that remains authoritative when records conflict.

03 / FIELD NOTE

Equipment owner

The equipment owner confirms the tag, reader, antenna, mounting, power and replacement choices against the physical environment.

04 / FIELD NOTE

Integration owner

The integration owner defines the event contract, authentication, retries, system mapping and responsibility for rejected or delayed events.

05 / FIELD NOTE
