Outbound RFID links picking, verification, loading and shipment confirmation through explicit state changes. Define what must be true at each handoff before configuring the read points.

01 / FIELD NOTE

Define the pick and pack unit

Record whether the event concerns an item, carton, case, pallet or shipment, and map the packaging hierarchy to the order and destination data the system owns.

02 / FIELD NOTE

Verify before loading

Use the intended read point, movement and operator action to compare observed identities with the release or pick list. Keep adjacent loads, staging and duplicate observations outside the accepted shipment event.

03 / FIELD NOTE

Set the shipment transition

Name the trigger, direction, timing, system response and responsible owner that change the load from ready to verified or dispatched. Do not treat dock visibility as shipment confirmation without the event rule.

04 / FIELD NOTE

Recover safely

Exercise missing tags, wrong items, partial passes, reverse movement, offline readers and delayed responses. Define whether the load is held, rechecked or escalated and retain the reason with the final record.

Make the next conversation specific.

Bring your material, movement, target read and system context to a sample or quote request.
