Who you are dealing with, and how to reach the right desk.

CONTACT / ROUTING FOUR REQUEST TRACKS Each track lists what to include, so the first reply can be specific instead of a request for more information.

01 / PICK A TRACK

Route by what
you actually need.

Routing by intent beats routing by department. If none of these fits, send the situation to sales@rfidbridge.com and we will place it.

New project or quote

You are evaluating RFID for an operation and need a direction, a test plan or a price.

INCLUDE

  • How it moves, and who or what reads it.
  • The system that should receive the event — WMS, ERP, MES, asset system or your own platform.

03 / BEFORE YOU WRITE

Three things that
change the answer.

These apply to every track. They are the difference between a first reply that is useful and a first reply that is a question.

01

Name the destination country

UHF RFID uses different bands in different markets, and certification is granted per model and per market. Telling us the destination at enquiry stage is the single detail that most changes what we can quote.

02

Describe the item, not the product

Material, surface, size, how it is packed and how it moves decide the tag long before a part number does. A photograph of the real surface is worth more than a specification.

03

Name the system that receives the event

A read only becomes useful when a defined event reaches a system with an owner and an exception path. WMS, ERP, MES or your own platform — naming it shapes the whole recommendation.

RFIDBRIDGE / PROJECT ENTRY

Start with the
real context.

Send the item, the movement, the destination and the system that should receive the event. The next response recommends a test, a configuration review or a quote.
