Map the intended area, nearby activity, trigger source and event-processing rule. Include parked, delayed, reversed and overlapping movement so incidental reads have a defined treatment.

Give the operator a response

Specify what a light, sound, display or software notification means, who owns the review and what action closes or escalates the condition.

Test recovery and audit

Exercise expected movement, missing identity, duplicate observation, offline equipment, delayed system response and repeated alerts. Record the observation, decision, operator action and final system state.
